I cycled to work this morning because SUMMER, at last. It was the first day this year I could go to work without a coat on.
This afternoon's lecture was a very sweet man talking about war memorials for three hours. Interesting, but utterly irrelevant to every single person in the class, and I felt for him as people silently slipped away, the row of avatars at the bottom of the screen getting smaller and smaller as time wore on.
But the university has decreed interdisciplinary modules are the way forward, so that's that. They're going to have a nasty shock when nobody comes back for year two.
