#TIL that vegan bacon tastes like actual bacon if you burn it to a crisp and smoke your whole flat out. I hadn't been frying it long enough or hot enough before.
Had an excellent day on the tidying front - halved the magazine pile and got everything put neatly away into boxes. I know exactly which box to look in for something specific, too, so my inner librarian is feeling very happy right now.
Life is looking up.
